The client wanted to transform traditional tutoring into a modern, personalized, AI-driven experience. In conventional education, students often spend time and money on trial and error before finding a tutor who fits their learning needs. The vision was a platform that uses AI to match students with the right tutors and make learning convenient, accessible, and highly personal.
Several issues stood in the way. Students had difficulty identifying tutors or courses suited to their learning style, the tutor-hiring process lacked quality assurance and standardization, booking and managing sessions was fragmented across systems, and limited personalization led to disengagement and weaker outcomes.
